Crump and Sons Covid-19 Safety Measurements
To keep everyone safe we are taking the following precautions.
- Social distancing – We ask that social distancing is maintained during the entire appointment. If possible once we have started sweeping your chimney we are asking you to leave the room or to wear a mask and to keep 2 meters distance.
- Masks – We will wear a mask at all times. We do ask if you are in the same room as us that you could wear one too.
- Limited Households – We will be limiting how many households we enter in one day. This might mean there is a delay in getting to you.
- Disinfect – We will disinfect all our equipment between households. We will also disinfect any surfaces we come into contact with.
- If you have been asked to shield or are self isolating we won’t enter your property unless it is for an emergency.
Emergencies include:
-Query blockage/blockage.
-Smoke coming into the room.
-Appliance not functioning correctly.
- If you AND/OR any of your household have ANY symptoms of Covid 19 or have been told to self isolate/shield please can we ask that you contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to reschedule for a later date.
- We also ask that if you AND/OR any of your household have been told to self isolate following a positive test within 10 days of us visiting, you contact us as a matter of urgency.
This will be reviewed on a regular basis following the government guidelines and will keep you informed of any changes.
